No personal information is required to use this website in general. However, personal information may be required to access some facilities on the website – such as if you use the Contact Form or write/email/call us. You should also refer to our Cookies policy.
If you have entered into a contract with us, either via supplying goods or by us offering goods and services to you, we will process your contact and account details.
If we remove a CCTV installation, we may have in our possession recordings from your property, which we will delete as soon as the equipment returns to our service centre.

(ii) to provide communications to you;

When we process your contact details for an enquiry – you have submitted this to us, so we will respond via consent basis.
If we further contact you - if you enter into a Contract with us for supplying goods and services, or as our customer, we process your data under a contractual basis.
If we conduct marketing activity to potential clients (businesses only excluding sole traders) we use the Legitimate Interest basis.
